Wilk Real Estate is a family owned and operated by Brent and his wife Ginger, co-owner and licensed Realtor. Serving the Chicagoland real estate communities from two locations: Naperville (Route 59 and Montgomery Road) and Orland Park (159th and Wolf Road). Wilk Real Estate runs a state of the art Acquisitions Group for clients who are looking for investment properties. Whether you are looking to flip (fix and flip) homes or looking to hold properties for rental, our Acquisitions Group can provide you a deal package in which you have the ability to say “yes” or “no” to deals. In addition, we also have access to the First Look Buyers Program which will allow our agent to provide you up to the minute information on daily updates to the market.

Brent Wilk

As the Broker Owner of Wilk Real Estate, I have been a successful Realtor for over 13 years.  In my career, I have personally sold over 1,000 homes, with over 300 of these homes in the past two years. This outstanding effort earned the honor of being named in the Top 1% in Sales by the Chicago Association of Realtors in 2014 and 2015.  In addition, in the State of Illinois, I ranked 67th out of over 37,000 agents with sales over $43 Million.

As a professional Realtor, it is my objective to help you find the perfect home for the best price in the community you desire.   I will ask the right questions from the beginning, listen and be responsive to your needs. I offer an exceptional level of service and you can rely on my experience and expertise to guide you through to a smooth and successful transaction.  Both my colleagues and my clients appreciate the perseverance, integrity and fairness I bring to the table. I spend a lot of time getting to know the people I am working with; the more I understand about their needs, the better I am able to serve them.

My career has offered me a wide range of experience with both buyers and sellers.  I specialize with 1st time buyers, upgrading/downsizing homes, single family, relocations, estate sales, condo/townhome, multiunit, short sales and foreclosures.  I work with a network of attorneys, home inspectors, radon specialists, remediation companies and contractors who may help assist you in closing your home or helping you with your new purchase.

If you are looking to have an agent represent you in the sale of your home, I offer a state of the art marketing tools to help promote your home. Aside from just listing your home on the Multiple Listing Service, I will use a more internet savvy approach to selling your home.  After all, the more people that see your home, the better the chance of achieving our goal of selling.   You will receive full service marketing with professional photography, on-line marketing, featured home website, marketing brochures of your home and you will have visibility to over 2000 real estate websites including Zillow, Trulia, Redfin and Realtor.com, just to name a few.  Most importantly, I will communicate with you directly with agent feedback from your showings every 10 – 14 days. My listing fees are very competitive and my expertise in the art- of- negotiation is one of my strongest skills I bring to the table.

Angela Borla

Angela Borla recently joined the Wilk team and quickly launched her real estate career! She gained her confidence in Real Estate by working as an Administrator for a nationally recognized real estate office in the Chicagoland suburbs. Through her years of experience assisting agents with their transactions, she carefully observed and cultivated her own nurturing style of customer service. Angela loves helping first-time home buyers realize their dreams of homeownership. She focuses on making each and every transaction as smooth and stress free as possible by getting to know her clients and meeting their expectations.

Angela resides in Plainfield and is a mother of two young children. When she is not busy working with real estate, she spends most of her time caring for her family, enjoying the outdoors and encouraging others to recognize their talents and seize opportunity.

Tom Cwiok

With over 30 years of serving the financial sector and residential real estate market, Tom Cwiok offers his professional guidance, expertise and customer service to all his clients.   As a longtime resident of Chicago, he has an in-depth knowledge of the Chicagoland neighborhoods, as well as the suburbs.  Tom’s keen market awareness, expert negotiating skills and practical approach has earned him respect from his clients resulting in repeat referrals.  As a seasoned veteran, Tom has worked with clients ranging from the first time home buyer to the complex property investment buyer.  He is considered an expert in the intricacies of flip purchases and resale valuations.

Amanda Follett

As a licensed Real Estate Broker, Amanda is committed to her clients and will works tirelessly on their behalf. Amanda has enjoyed a successful Real Estate career since 2004 and has over 18 years in customer service experience for which she applies daily when working with customers who are looking to buy or sell a home.

She is enthusiastic about real estate and enjoys working with people. Her goal is to make certain all her clients have a stress-free transaction. Kerri Jonikas

Jim Pallisard

Jim has been a licensed Realtor since 1995. Before that he was in the construction trades, so he knows a little bit about constructing homes and quality workmanship. He’s applied that skill to his Real Estate business, taking exceptional care of his client’s interests and needs for over 20 years.

Mark Patush

Mark has over 11 years’ experience in the local Real Estate markets –  plus, an additional ten years in environmental regulation consulting and customer service.  Mark stands ready to put his honed skills to work for you!

Daniel Wilk

Dan entered this industry in the year of 2000 to assist people like you in accomplishing the dream of homeownership.
